THE STORY
Montlake Midcentury
Montlake Midcentury is our love letter to Pacific Northwest modernism- warm cedar overhead, inky beams, and expansive glazing that pulls the landscape into daily life.

This entry foyer in our Montlake Midcentury Project draws from the clients’ vibrant energy, layering color and texture in a way that feels at ease with the home’s mid-century bones.
We honored the home’s original architecture and honest materials, then layered in playful color, sculptural lighting, and art-forward moments.

In our Montlake Midcentury Project, the interiors move in symphony with the strong architecture of the home – softening, echoing, and elevating.
From the graphic blue runners grounding the circulation to the inviting, low-slung lounge seating, every detail balances clarity with comfort- made for slow mornings, effortless hosting, and the rhythm of a well-loved home.

The Dining Room in our Montlake Midcentury Project required an intuitive understanding of light, rhythm, and proportion, allowing the space to feel both composed and completely at ease.
The softness of textiles, greenery, and organic forms create a sense of ease in the family room of our Montlake Midcentury Home. With layered textures, playful décor, and vintage finds, we created a highly curated retreat that resonates with our client.

With two expansive sofas made for curling up and music drifting from speakers concealed within the walls, the Family Room in our Montlake Midcentury Project is designed for unhurried evenings. It’s in these quiet, considered details that a home begins to feel complete.

Craftsmanship leads the conversation in this nook in our Montlake Midcentury Project: a meticulously woven tapestry sits above a beautifully detailed wood sideboard, adorned by an amorphous lamp that softens the composition.
